Michael Oosterhof – Executive Chairman
Michael has built Eastcourt into one of Western Australia’s most respected property development and investment companies.
For more than 40 years, he has successfully identified Perth’s growth corridors and has been able to acquire and develop well-connected land strategically located to meet future demand across commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
From cleverly-designed industrial estates and customised commercial premises to residential estates offering both optimal choice and lifestyle amenity, Michael has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver innovative and sustainable land developments. In his role as Executive Chairman, Michael ensures that the Eastcourt Group sets the benchmark for professional, sustainable development.
In addition, Michael has played a significant role in the philanthropic sector over many decades through the Eastcourt Foundation.
The Foundation searches for projects that range from grass root programs and charitable donations, to ongoing pro-bono advisory support.
As a result, the Foundation has been able to bring to life its (unique) philosophy of seeing beyond the now; of building philanthropic partnerships that bring long-term, lasting benefits in the areas of community, arts and culture, social enterprise and medical research.
